At Lewis County General Hospital Women's Health Services Clinic, we offer complete obstetric and gynecologic care. Our practice has two physicians and a nurse practitioner. Our physicians are Josephine Tan-Domingo, M.D., Gerard A. Crawford, II, M.D., and Cynthia H. Fraser, M.D. They specialize in obstetrics, gynecology and gynecologic surgery. Our nurse practitioner, Selina Hughes, ANP, performs office gynecology and obstetrical care. We function as a team and are dedicated to providing you with the best care available. Our goal is to develop a personal relationship with you and to address all the needs, concerns, and questions you have that impact your health as a woman.

We are proud to offer our services to Lewis County and the surrounding areas. Our professional, comforting staff will make your visit to Women's Health Services the best it can be. Our complete OB/GYN care includes prenatal care, delivery, post partum care, in office colposcopies, LEEP procedures, well women exams, contraceptive management (oral contraceptives, IUDs, deprovera and injections), menopausal management, stress incontinence, and STD detection and management.
